Senior Service Technology Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of the business/processes that need automating or improving
  • Research current technology solutions and evaluate their applicability to the business
  • Evaluate and compare various solutions providers to identify the best & most cost-effective solution
  • Work with IT support departments to develop solutions to user inquiries
  • Work with IT to identify projects that impact field operations (e.g. upgrades to the network, hardware, software)
  • Work with learning/training organizations to ensure system is accurately represented in training materials
  • Provide training & track usage of IT Solution systems
  • Write specifications including screen designs, workflow, data models, etc.
  • Identify reporting requirements and best system to utilize

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Business
  • With at least 6 years of relevant working experience is
  • Multi-task while keeping attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills   
  • Knowledge of system design and front office business process is preferred
  • Experience in using technology to meet business needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills
