Senior/ Consultant - Kelly Scientific Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain effective client and candidate relationships, resulting in new search and selection assignments and successful placements within the Scientific (healthcare, life sciences) industry
  • Explore and develop new client account and business areas for existing service
  • Identify new clients and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients so as to bring in regular and new businesses
  • Increase our corporate presence and branding within the Scientific (healthcare, life sciences) industry
  • Manage and grow Key Accounts through continuous relationship building and account servicing.
  • Conduct placements and provide total solutions to clients’ staffing needs
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross sell other services and products to meet the needs of the client and increase revenue of branch/division.
  • Meet sales targets and understand the unit reports on performance
  • Communicate terms and conditions of business including pricing (with appropriate approval) and guarantee provisions with clients to ensure common understanding of service expectations and costs
  • Match and sell jobs to candidates and candidates to jobs

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in any disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with at least the last 2 years in recruiting healthcare and scientific positions
  • Proven track record in Executive Search
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment industry including trends, key players and industry contacts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well independently and a team player
  • Sales driven and self motivated
