Branch Manager - Tampines

Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch operations profitability and ensure that customer satisfaction level is met
  • Build and service existing business of top clients and develop and acquire new business
  • Responsible for the P&L of the branch
  • Ensure that records input are completed according to the specifications of each document
  • Responsible for training, recruitment and retention of staff
  • Responsible for strategies in recruitment of candidates for the branch in order that the orders are closed within the specified time frame
  • Resolve issues that may arise in the course of work regardless with internal or external customers in a timely and orderly manner
  • Responsible for the performance of Consultants and BDEs
  • Provide input and to work closely with Marketing Department on marketing communications activities for the branch.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Strong financial management skills with respect to expenses control, budgeting and profit and loss
  • Good track record in managing a sales team and turning around a business
  • Strong business knowledge of the labour regulations, CPF, SDF, workmen compensations, insurance coverage for candidates, staffing techniques etc.
  • Consultative/influence/facilitation/ counseling/mentoring skills
  • Ability to lead, guide, motivate and direct a team to success
