Branch Manager

This position involves managing a team of 10 - 12 people, and P&L responsibilities for the branch. Meeting clients and developing sales opportunities; achieving and exceeding branch targets and market penetration goals; and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds customer requirements and expectations are other important aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree/Diploma with at least 5 years’ management experience. Strong sales and operational skills are essential, while good leadership and

People management skills are desired. Previous recruitment industry experience is preferred, but not essential.
